We’ll also send you our wedding guide with everything you need to know about the next steps in our journey together.

Engagement Session

Next, we schedule your engagement session! This session is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other better, and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera. We’ll choose a location that reflects your personalities and love story, and the resulting photos can be used for save-the-dates, your wedding website, or simply as a beautiful reminder of this special time in your lives.

Six Months Before the Wedding: Informal Check-In

This is a check in to see how planning is going. By now, you’ve probably chosen all of your wedding day vendors, and are getting pretty excited to finalize the smaller details of the day. If you’d like to meet up for a coffee to tell us all the latest plans, that’s amazing! If not, that’s okay too. We understand that juggling work, school and all of life’s other social events while wedding planning can be challenging. Just know that we are here to answer any questions you may have at this point in your wedding planning journey.

Two Months Before the Wedding: Planning Check-In

As your wedding day approaches, we check in to discuss any updates or changes to your plans. We’ll also send along our wedding day questionnaire, to ensure no family grouping is missed! This is an excellent opportunity for us to capture the timeline, shot list, and any specific requests you may have for your photography. We want to ensure that we’re fully aligned with your vision and prepared to capture all the moments that matter most to you.

One Month Before the Wedding: Final Details Check-In

With one month to go, we have a detailed conversation to finalize your wedding day schedule, confirm locations, and discuss any last-minute changes or additions. This check-in helps us coordinate with other vendors and ensures that we’re all set to capture your day without any surprises. We also review any specific family dynamics or special moments you want us to be aware of, ensuring we capture every meaningful interaction.

The Wedding Day: Full Support
